Carols Sausage Beans and Rice
- 1 pound Sausage
- Cajun Spices, To Taste
- 1 can (10 Oz.) Rotel, Diced Tomatoes And Green Chilies
- 2 cans (15 Oz. Cans) Drained Ranch Style Beans
- 2- 1/2 cups Cooked Rice
- Cut sausage in small bite-sized pieces and saute over medium heat until browned.
- Add Cajun spices if you like.
- Add Rotel and drained ranch style beans.
- Simmer till heated through.
- Add sausage mixture to cooked rice.
- Stir and serve.
