Microwave-Steamed Pork Belly and Chinese Cabbage

  1. Chop up the Chinese cabbage roughly.
  2. Cut the pork belly into similar sizes as the Chinese cabbage.
  3. In a microwave-proof bowl, arrange the Chinese cabbage and pork belly in alternating order.
  4. Pack tightly.
  5. Sprinkle on the cabbage and pork.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 5 to 8 minutes at 600 W.
  7. Enjoy while it's hot.
