Pina Colada Yogurt Parfaits
- 2 cups Low Fat Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Plus 1 Teaspoon Raw Honey, Divided (Or Substitute Two Individual Serving Size Packets Of Stevia)
- 4 teaspoons Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Fresh Pineapple, Diced
- 1/2 cups Toasted Coconut Flakes Unsweetened
- In a bowl mix the yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey or stevia and 3 teaspoons of chia seeds, set aside
- In two glasses layer a few tablespoons of the pineapple, a little of the coconut flakes and some of the yogurt mixture.
- Repeat for as many layers as you want ending with pineapple and coconut on top.
- Sprinkle the remaining teaspoon of chia seeds on the top of the parfaits and drizzle the remaining 1 teaspoon of honey over the top.
- Serve immediately.
