Apple with Cream Cake
- 100 grams sugar
- 20 grams vanilla sugar
- 250 millilitres cream
- 40 grams vanilla custard
- 13 grams baking powder
- 150 grams apples grated
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon ground
- 1 large eggs
- 290 grams cake flour
- Preheated oven (180 C) and grease a 30 by 10-cm cake pan.
- Mix together the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar in a big bowl until it becomes foamy.
- Stir in the cream, grated apples, pudding powder, flour and baking powder.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared cake pan.
- Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
- When it is cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Serve with hot chocolate, coffee or cream if needed.
