Classic Hot Chocolate

  1. Cook 1/2 cup milk, whipping cream and chocolate in medium saucepan on medium heat 5 min.
  2. or until chocolate is almost melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly with whisk.
  3. (Do not let mixture come to boil.)
  4. Remove from heat; whisk until blended and chocolate is completely melted.
  5. Add remaining milk; cook 3 to 5 min.
  6. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  7. Stir in vanilla.
  8. Pour into mugs; top with marshmallows.
