Classic Hot Chocolate
- 4 cups milk, divided
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 4 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
- Cook 1/2 cup milk, whipping cream and chocolate in medium saucepan on medium heat 5 min.
- or until chocolate is almost melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly with whisk.
- (Do not let mixture come to boil.)
- Remove from heat; whisk until blended and chocolate is completely melted.
- Add remaining milk; cook 3 to 5 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Pour into mugs; top with marshmallows.
