Asparagus With Strawberry Nut Oil Vinaigrette

  1. Trim the asparagus and steam until it is tender but still crisp.
  2. Plunge it into ice water.
  3. Drain it and cut each stalk into thirds.
  4. Add strawberries to the asparagus in a bowl.
  5. Blend the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl and toss gently into the asparagus and strawberries.
  6. Chill well before serving.
