Macaroni and Cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix drained noodles with 2 cups grated cheese, tofu, soymilk, salt, garlic, and margarine.
  3. Place in 2-quart ovenproof dish, and top with remaining cheese.
  4. Bake about 40 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
  5. Remove from oven, and serve.
