Oriental Shrimp & Spinach Salad

  1. Cook and peel shrimp if you are not using precooked shrimp.
  2. Blend 1/8 packet of a packed of GOOD SEASONS Oriental Sesame Dressing with 1 tbsp vinegar and olive oil in medium bowl.
  3. Add green onions to bowl; whisk.
  4. Arrange spinach (note that 1/8 pound = 1 generous cup chopped spinach), shrimp, pea pods (halved) and bell pepper (in strips).
  5. Drizzle with dressing mixture.
  6. Enjoy berries for dessert (about 1 cup berries) topped with measured portion of favorite sorbet.
