Oriental Shrimp & Spinach Salad
- 4 oz. fresh or frozen shrimp
- 1/8 GOOD SEASONS Asian Sesame Dressing Mix
- 1-1/2 tsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
- 1/8 lb. spinach leaves
- 1/8 lb. snow pea pods
- 1/2 medium red pepper
- 1/4 lb. fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup fat-free sorbet or sherbet
- Cook and peel shrimp if you are not using precooked shrimp.
- Blend 1/8 packet of a packed of GOOD SEASONS Oriental Sesame Dressing with 1 tbsp vinegar and olive oil in medium bowl.
- Add green onions to bowl; whisk.
- Arrange spinach (note that 1/8 pound = 1 generous cup chopped spinach), shrimp, pea pods (halved) and bell pepper (in strips).
- Drizzle with dressing mixture.
- Enjoy berries for dessert (about 1 cup berries) topped with measured portion of favorite sorbet.
