Dried Beef Logs Recipe

• 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
• 1/3 c. minced stuffed olives
• 1 pound dry beef

1. Blend first 4 ingredients.
2. Spread a small amount of mix on each sheet of beef.
3. Roll up and cut in half.
4. Refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight.
