Blackberry Jam Recipe

  1. Measure crushed blackberries into a sauce pot.
  2. Add in sweetener and stir well.
  3. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly till the mix thickens.
  4. Pour warm into warm jars, leaving 1/4-inch head space.
  5. Adjust caps.
  6. Process 15 min in boiling water bath.
  7. Yield: about 1 pint
