Blackberry Jam Recipe
- 4 c. Crushed blackberries
- 8 Tbsp. Liquid artificial sweetener
- Measure crushed blackberries into a sauce pot.
- Add in sweetener and stir well.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly till the mix thickens.
- Pour warm into warm jars, leaving 1/4-inch head space.
- Adjust caps.
- Process 15 min in boiling water bath.
- Yield: about 1 pint
