Beef Rye Snacks

  1. Mix beef with shredded cheese, salt, pepper, and onion.
  2. Toast one side of bread slices.
  3. Turn and spread beef mixture over untoasted side of bread.
  4. With oven door ajar,
  5. Broil 3" from electric broiler unit until meat is done, about 4 to 5 minutes.
  6. Top each one with a triangle slice.
  7. Broil again just until cheese is melting.
  8. Serve hot.
