Italian Sausage Kabobs
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen BOCA Meatless Italian Sausages, quartered
- 1 medium green pepper, cut into chunks
- 1/2 of a medium red onion, cut into chunks
- 4 wooden skewers
- 1/4 cup reduced fat Italian dressing
- Preheat broiler.
- Thread sausage, pepper and onion alternately on skewers.
- Brush lightly with dressing.
- Place on rack of broiler pan.
- Broil on medium heat 12 min.
- or until cooked through, turning and brushing occasionally with the remaining dressing.
- Serve with hot cooked couscous or rice pilaf, if desired.
