Italian Sausage Kabobs

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Thread sausage, pepper and onion alternately on skewers.
  3. Brush lightly with dressing.
  4. Place on rack of broiler pan.
  5. Broil on medium heat 12 min.
  6. or until cooked through, turning and brushing occasionally with the remaining dressing.
  7. Serve with hot cooked couscous or rice pilaf, if desired.
