Buffalo Blue Cheese Burgers

  1. Grill or broil burgers until cooked through (160F).
  2. For each serving: Brush top of each patty with 1 Tbsp barbecue sauce.
  3. Place patty on bottom half of roll; cover with 1 lettuce leaf, 1 tomato slice and top half of roll.
  4. Spoon 1 Tbsp of the dressing into 1 oz portion cup; serve on the side with sandwich.
