Buffalo Blue Cheese Burgers
- 60 each Pre-formed beef patties (4 oz. each)
- 4 cups Kraft Regular BarBQ Sauce
- 60 rolls Hamburger rolls (4 oz. each), split
- 60 each leaf lettuce leaves
- 10 each Medium tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices
- 4 cups Kraft Roka Blue Cheese Dressing
- Grill or broil burgers until cooked through (160F).
- For each serving: Brush top of each patty with 1 Tbsp barbecue sauce.
- Place patty on bottom half of roll; cover with 1 lettuce leaf, 1 tomato slice and top half of roll.
- Spoon 1 Tbsp of the dressing into 1 oz portion cup; serve on the side with sandwich.
