Broccoli Swiss Cheese Casserole Recipe

  1. Cook broccoli, covered, in a small amount of boiling water, 10 min or possibly till tender; drain.
  2. Combine cottage cheese, Large eggs, butter, and flour in container of an electric blender; process till smooth.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Combine broccoli, corn, and next 5 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in cottage cheese mix.
  5. Spoon into a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle bacon over casserole.
  7. Bake casserole at 350 degrees for 45 min.
