Easy Lemon Baked Chicken Recipe
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 4-6 tbsp. low-cal butter
- Italian flavored bread crumbs
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In an oven proof baking dish, heat 4 Tbsp.
- of the butter.
- Meantime (and watch butter in oven) combine lemon juice and egg.
- Dip chicken pcs in liquid, then thoroughly coat with bread crumbs.
- When butter is melted, place coated chicken in baking dish and cover loosely with aluminum foil.
- Bake for about 20 min, then turn the pcs over and add in more butter if needed.
- Bake an additional 20 min.
