Quick And Easy Pork Chow Mein

  1. In a large skillet, combine pork, celery, onion, green pepper, bouillon, sugar, pepper, 1 1/2 cups water and soy sauce. Cover and bring to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in bean sprouts.
  2. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and 1/4 cup water until smooth.
  3. Over medium-high heat, carefully add to skillet the cornstarch mixture, stirring constantly, until thickened. Serve over chow mein noodles or rice.
