Sauce Florentine

  1. Combine all ingredients except peppers in medium saucepan.
  2. Cook on medium heat 3 to 5 min.
  3. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  4. Cool slightly.
  5. Pour into food processor or blender; cover.
  6. Blend until smooth.
  7. Return to saucepan.
  8. Add peppers; cook on low heat until heated through, stirring frequently.
  9. Serve warm spooned over hot cooked fish, chicken or pasta.
