Elysian Fields

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the Cognac, maraschino liqueur, yellow Chartreuse, Peychaud's bitters and orange juice.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the lemon twist.
