Cuban Burger

  2. Combine the orange juice, lime juice, oregano, garlic, cumin, sugar, and canola oil in a small bowl whisking to combine.

  4. Add the bagged coleslaw mix to a gallon size zip lock bag and add the juice and oil mixture.
  5. Seal the bag and toss to combine.
  6. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

  8. In the bowl of a small food processor add the mayo and chipotles.
  9. Puree until smooth.
  10. Refrigerate until ready to build burgers.
  11. 4.
  12. In a larger mixing bowl gently combine the ground pork, beaten egg, salt, and pepper.
  13. Then add a heaping 1/3 cup of pork into a burger stuffer or burger mold.
  14. Create a well in the center of the burger, add 1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese and a slice of Canadian bacon.
  15. Top with 1/4 cup of ground pork and seal the burger.
  16. Repeat the process until you have 4 burgers.

  18. Heat a grill or saute pan to medium heat and cook burgers until the internal temperature reads 155 F.
  19. 6.
  20. To build burger, place the bottom burger buns on a plate, add a slathering of some chipotle mayo, a few pickle slices, your burger patty and some slaw.
  21. Top with the bun top.
  22. Enjoy!
