Hibiscus Rum
8 ounces amber rum
1 tablespoon dried hibiscus flowers
In a jar, combine the rum and hibiscus flowers and let stand for 30 minutes.
Strain through a coffee filter into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
