Grilled Tilapia Recipe

  1. Combine all the ingredients (except the fish) in a large glass bowl and whisk until well mixed.
  2. Make three deep slits on each side of the fish then rub the oil and spice marinade onto and into the fish.
  3. Place the fish in the bowl and allow to marinade for up to an hour.
  4. Cook the fish over a barbecue or cook under a grill, turning once or twice.
  5. Serve accompanied by African hot sauce.
