Grilled Taco Nacho Burgers

  1. Crush the 1 cup of corn chips as much as possible.
  2. And place in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients (except for the hamburger) and blend well.
  4. When blended well add the hamburger and mix.
  5. Make into 4 equal sized hamburger patties and place a dimple in the middle of each one.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours.
  7. Set up your grill for Direct Heat.
  8. Make nacho sauce using gentle heat and keep warm on low heat until serving.
  9. Grilled burgers directly over heat until the juices begin to collect on the top.
  10. (gently rotate on the grill as needed to avoid hot spots).
  11. When the juices have collected on top of the patties gently flip over and continue cooking until well done.
  12. Remove from the grill and call a few moments before serving.
  13. Serve on toasted buns with easy nacho cheese sauce, sliced jalapenos and a few crushed corn chips.
