White Gingerbread Recipe

  1. Mix flour, sugar and butter together to make crumbs.
  2. Take out one c.. Add in to remaining crumb mix ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda/sour lowfat milk, egg and baking pwdr.
  3. Beat good together.
  4. Pour 1/2 c. of crumbs in a 9 x 13 inch pan first; add in remaining mixed ingredients; top with remaining 1/2 c. of crumbs.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
