Low Fat Baking Mix Gingerbread

  1. Preheat oven to 350*.
  2. Beat egg, water, and molasses together.
  3. Blend dry ingredients.
  4. Gradually blend dry and liquid ingredients.
  5. Pour batter into greased 8 X 8 inch pan.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes.
