Ginger Lemon Stir-Fry

  1. In a small bowl, combine the sauce ingredients.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Heat the oil over medium heat in a wok and add the onion.
  4. Cook 2 minutes then add the broccoli and tofu.
  5. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in the mushrooms, snow peas and water chestnuts.
  7. Add the sauce mixture and toss to combine.
  8. Cook for another 2 minutes, or until hot.
  9. Serve hot.
