Carrot & Cucumber Spikes
- 3 whole Cucumbers
- 1 bag Precut Carrot Sticks
- 1 package Chive & Onion Cream Cheese
- Slice the cucumbers into 1/4 inch slices and arrange on a tray.
- Pat dry with a paper towel.
- Pipe a small dollop of the cream cheese onto the center of each cucumber.
- Spear the carrot stick through the cream cheese mixture and into the cucumber.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- You will have carrot sticks left over...I just add these to my crudites platter or save them for a salad.
