*ari*/sig caviar in oysters served with dark ryebread and St Agur blue cheese.
- 24 oysters
- 125 grams black caviar
- 125 grams st agur blue cheese
- 24 thin sliced dark rye bread , or a rye cracker
- Open the oysters,or let fishmonger do this, discard liquid inside .Ensure any shell flakes are remove.Chill for 20 -30 minutes.
- Add a teaspoon of caviar onto each oyster ,then present on a servingplate.
- Cut cheese into small pieces and top your bread or cracker with this,serve with the oyster.
- Works so well together.
- If you can not find St Agur use any mild creamy blue veined cheese
