Pretzel Crusted Chicken Strips

  1. Preheat oven to 375AF.
  2. Set a wire rack over a large rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Put flour, crushed pretzels, and 1/2 cup honey mustard in a separate shallow bowls.
  4. Coat chicken with flour then add chicken to honey mustard.
  5. Turn to evenly coat outside of chicken.
  6. Dredge chicken into crushed pretzels to coat pressing down slightly to ensure they to stick.
  7. Place each chicken strip on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake chicken in for 12 minutes or until cooked through.
  9. Let sit 5 minutes before serving with remained dressing.
