Pretzel Crusted Chicken Strips
- 4 cup hard pretzels, coarsely crushed
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup honey mustard dressing
- 1 1/2 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-inch thick strips
- Preheat oven to 375AF.
- Set a wire rack over a large rimmed baking sheet.
- Put flour, crushed pretzels, and 1/2 cup honey mustard in a separate shallow bowls.
- Coat chicken with flour then add chicken to honey mustard.
- Turn to evenly coat outside of chicken.
- Dredge chicken into crushed pretzels to coat pressing down slightly to ensure they to stick.
- Place each chicken strip on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake chicken in for 12 minutes or until cooked through.
- Let sit 5 minutes before serving with remained dressing.
