Dem Gizzards

  1. Season gizzards lightly and evenly
  2. Bread or flour dem gizzards!
  3. Drop em in hot grease (vegetable oil) until done.
  4. They will begin to float.
  5. Remove from oil and let them cool
  6. I like to serve with seasoned French fries
  7. And I dress with ketchup, mustard, and hot sauce
