Italian Crescent Casserole
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 8 oz. crescent rolls
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- Heat oven to 375u0b0.
- Brown beef with onion.
- Drain.
- Stir in sauce mix and tomato sauce.
- Heat until hot.
- Combine Mozzarella cheese and sour cream.
- Pour hot meat mixture into
- ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Spoon cheese mixture over meat.
- Separate crescent rolls into 2 rectangles.
- Place side by side over cheese mixture.
- Combine Parmesan cheese and margarine.
- Crumble evenly over dough.
- Bake for 18 to 25 minutes until deep golden brown. Cut into squares to serve.
