Kid Friendly Taco Appetizers

• 1 bag of corn chip scoops
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
• 1/2 cup chunky salsa
• 1 bag of fine shredded pizza cheese
• 1/4 cup onion

1. Brown ground beef & minced fresh onion until ground beef is done.
2. mix taco seasoning and follow directions on package.
3. add 1/2 cup of chunky salsa.... mix well
4. spray lightly a cookie sheet.
5. lay corn chip scoops on cookie sheet and put taco mixture in corn chip scoops ... approximately 1TBSP per scoop.. after they are filled sprinkle with cheese.
6. put in oven at 350 until cheese is melted..
7. ***** can use sloppy Joe mix and cheese.
8. **** can do regular cheese Burger...
