Gilbertini Pasta

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. On the stove, Saute garlic in butter for one minute.
  3. Add flour to make a smooth paste.
  4. Pour in milk, cook and stir until thickened.
  5. Stir in salt and pepper.
  6. Add the sausage and the pasta and mix well.
  7. Pour into a greased casserole and top with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
