Gilbertini Pasta
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 cup milk
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- 6 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 lb bulk pork sausage, crumble, browned and drained
- 10 oz pasta shapes, cooked and drained
- 1 parmesan cheese - to taste
- Preheat oven to 375
- On the stove, Saute garlic in butter for one minute.
- Add flour to make a smooth paste.
- Pour in milk, cook and stir until thickened.
- Stir in salt and pepper.
- Add the sausage and the pasta and mix well.
- Pour into a greased casserole and top with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
- Serve and enjoy!
