Diet Milkshake Recipe
- 1 c. liquid skim lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. instant nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr
- 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid sugar substitute
- 6-8 ice cubes
- Place skim lowfat milk, lowfat milk pwdr, cocoa, vanilla, and liquid sugar substitute in container of electric blender.
- Cover and put on high speed till smooth.
- Remove center of cover and add in ice cubes one at a time, blending till ice is crushed.
- Serve immediately in tall glasses.
- Makes 2 servings (77 calories each).
- For coffee shake replace cocoa with 1 1/2 tsp.
- instant coffee (69 calories each).
