Heirloom Tomato Toast Snack Thing

• 2 slices Heirloom Tomatoes
• 1 slice Whole-grain Toast
• 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 pinch Coarse Salt
• 1 pinch Freshly Ground Pepper
• 5 whole Small Basil Leaves
• 18 cups Parmesan Shavings

1. Arrange the tomato slices on the toast.
2. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, top with basil and parmesan!
3. Proceed to the shoving into the face.
