My Favorite Raspberry Pie
- 1 unbaked double crust pie crust
- 5 cups raspberries, fresh
- 34 cup sugar
- 14 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon tapioca
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Prepare pie crust pastry.
- Combine rest of ingredients and pour into bottom crust.
- Place top crust on berry mixture.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes and reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake an additional 35-40 minutes.
