Sugar-Free Chocolate Fudge

  1. Line an 8 inch square baking dish or pan with aluminum foil.
  2. Butter the foil to aid in releasing the fudge.
  3. Using an electric mixer; beat the cream cheese, vanilla extract and sugar substitute until smooth and creamy.
  4. Continue beating and slowly add the melted chocolate.
  5. Transfer into the prepared baking dish and level with a knife or spatula scraper.
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours.
  7. Cut into squares.
  8. Store in the refrigerator and serve well chilled.
