Porcuppine Casserole

  1. Prehat oven to 190C fan forced.
  2. In large casserole dish (that has lid) combine all ingredients listed to make sauce.
  3. Pour into casserole dish and leave to one side.
  4. In a medium size mixing bowl combine all ingredients listed to make meatballs.
  5. Using your hands mix together well.
  6. Shape into 12 round meatballs,
  7. add to casserole dish and bake for 1 hour.

lean ground beef, long grain rice, beef stock powder, egg, tomato soup, tomatoes, onion, water, beef stock powder, oregano, garlic
