Artichoke Casserole

  1. Cut artichoke hearts into pieces - about 1 inch chunks - and set aside.
  2. Saute onions, green beans, garlic and artichoke in olive oil for about 3-4 minutes, until onions are almost clear.
  3. Don't scorch the garlic.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients in the order given - bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Mix together well and place in a buttered baking dish.
  6. Top lightly with extra bread crumbs and bake.
  7. 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
