Chinese hot & spicy soup
- 1 bunch black fungus
- 1 each bean curd
- 6 small chilli
- 1 packages mushroom
- 1 packages preserved veggie
- 1 bunch spring onion
- 3 slice Chinese cabbage
- 3 tbsp Chinese rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 4 cup water/soup
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- sliced all ingredients set aside
- boil water add in all ingredients cook throughly
black fungus, bean curd, chilli, mushroom, preserved veggie, spring onion, cabbage, chinese rice, chicken, sugar, water, corn starch
