Cheesy Honey Chicken

  1. Clean chicken breasts, place in a sealable plastic bag or container.
  2. Pour bottle of marinade over chiken and let chill for 1-2 hours, or overnight if you choose.
  3. Heat up the grill or grill pan to medium-high to start.
  4. After the first side of the chicken is browned, flip it and turn the girll to medium.
  5. Preheat a large pan for onions over medium high heat, add olive oil and butter to onion pan.
  6. Add to hot pan, add salt and pepper and cook onions until slightly browned 8-10 minutes.
  7. When chicken is almost done pile onions and cheese on top of each piece of chicken, making sure to portion so there will be enough for each piece.
  8. Close grill lid or make a foil lid for your grill pan to allow the cheese to melt for 2-4 minutes.
  9. Remove and place on serving tray.
  10. Combine honey and mustard, drizzle over chicken breasts, leaving some for dipping.
  11. Serve!
