Two Tomato Soup
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 4 cups chopped tomatoes (fresh or canned)
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 12 cup chopped celery
- 12 cup chopped carrot
- 2 teaspoons minced roasted garlic
- 1 large idaho potato, peeled and cubed
- 12 cup sun-dried tomato
- 12 teaspoon dried basil
- 12 cup milk
- 2 -3 teaspoons sugar
- salt and pepper
- Combine all ingredients except milk, sugar, salt and pepper in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on high 4-5 hours.
- Process soup, milk and sugar in blender until smooth.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
