Homemade Soymilk
- 500 grams soybeans
- 1 1/2 liter water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 as needed sugar to add in individual glass
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 sieve
- 1 cheesecloth
- 1 boiling pot
- 1 pandan 1eaves,optional
- Wash and clean soybeans,selected bad seeds out,then soak in water at least 5 hours,but for rush hour can soak in hot water for about 2 hours is ok
- Blend beans with water 1:3 from any cup you use ,repeat until all finish
- Strain blended beans with sieve or cheesecloth into boiling pot
- In boiling pot add some panda leaves if you have ,to make soymilk more aroma ,if dont have just leave it.
- Bring pot to simmer on low heat,stir frequently to protect from bottom burning,add salt and sugar ,take out bubbles on surface ,simmer about 30 mins ,its done
- Serve warm with some caramel sugar in individual glass
- Or refrigerate to drink in a couple day,or make some egg tofu ..
