Homemade Soymilk

  1. Wash and clean soybeans,selected bad seeds out,then soak in water at least 5 hours,but for rush hour can soak in hot water for about 2 hours is ok
  2. Blend beans with water 1:3 from any cup you use ,repeat until all finish
  3. Strain blended beans with sieve or cheesecloth into boiling pot
  4. In boiling pot add some panda leaves if you have ,to make soymilk more aroma ,if dont have just leave it.
  5. Bring pot to simmer on low heat,stir frequently to protect from bottom burning,add salt and sugar ,take out bubbles on surface ,simmer about 30 mins ,its done
  6. Serve warm with some caramel sugar in individual glass
  7. Or refrigerate to drink in a couple day,or make some egg tofu ..
