Asparagus, mushrooms cashews and splitdogs

  1. Split the hotdogs lengthwise but not all the way through
  2. Cut the thick woody ends off the asparagus, and discard.
  3. Cut the asparagus on a bias into thirds.
  4. Slice the mushrooms.
  5. Heat the butter and fry rhe hotdogs getting them good and caramelized.
  6. Add mushrooms and asparagus.
  7. Saute for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
  8. Add cashews saute 3 minutes.
  9. Serve hope you enjoy.
