Pork Belly in Oyster Sauce

  1. Cut the pork into 1 cm pieces and put in a plastic bag.
  2. Add salt and pepper and rub in.
  3. Next, add the katakuriko and evenly coat the pork with it.
  4. Pan fry the pork.
  5. A lot of fat will come out of the pork, so wipe it out with paper towels.
  6. When the pork has turned a nice brown colour, add the ingredients marked .
  7. Mix well and it's done!
