Pork Belly in Oyster Sauce
- 350 grams Pork belly (block)
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 Katakuriko
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- Cut the pork into 1 cm pieces and put in a plastic bag.
- Add salt and pepper and rub in.
- Next, add the katakuriko and evenly coat the pork with it.
- Pan fry the pork.
- A lot of fat will come out of the pork, so wipe it out with paper towels.
- When the pork has turned a nice brown colour, add the ingredients marked .
- Mix well and it's done!
