Stir-Fried Asparagus with Butter Soy Sauce

  1. Cut the root ends off of the asparagus.
  2. Heat the butter in a frying pan and stir-fry the asparagus.
  3. Once the asparagus has cooked through, add the soy sauce and Balsamic vinegar.
  4. Mix until evenly coated to finish.
