Balsamic-Glazed Carrots

  1. Cook carrots in boiling water in large saucepan on medium heat 4 to 6 min.
  2. or until crisp-tender.
  3. Meanwhile, cook vinaigrette, sugar and butter in small saucepan on low heat 3 to 5 min.
  4. or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  5. Drain carrots; return to saucepan.
  6. Add vinaigrette mixture; stir.
  7. Cook 2 to 3 min.
  8. or until carrots are heated through and evenly coated with sauce, stirring occasionally.
  9. Sprinkle with parsley.
