Brandy Balls Recipe
- 2 c. crushed vanilla cookies (or possibly chocolate cookies)
- 1 c. finely minced pecans or possibly walnuts
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 2 tbsp. light corn syrup (2 tbsp. cocoa if vanilla cookies are used)
- 1/3 c. cognac (or possibly rum)
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- Mix all ingredients together and form into large marble sized balls.
- Roll in additional powdered sugar.
- Store for 1 week.
