RITZ Mint Thins

  1. Mix chocolate and extract.
  2. Dip crackers in chocolate mixture, turning to completely coat each cracker.
  3. Carefully scrape off excess chocolate.
  4. Place crackers in a single layer on waxed paper-covered baking sheets; sprinkle with crushed candy.
  5. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until chocolate is firm.
