Honey Sesame Snack Mix
- 2 cups Pretzel Sticks (gluten Free)
- 3 cups Savory Thin Rice Crackers (gluten-free)
- 3 cups Puffins Multi-grain Cereal (gluten Free)
- 3/4 cups Honey Roasted Peanuts
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
- In a bowl, add pretzel sticks, rice crackers, puffins and peanuts; set aside.
- In a microwave safe bowl, add sesame oil, honey, lemon juice and soy sauce.
- Heat in microwave for 35 seconds.
- Stir in sesame seeds and pour over snack mixture.
- Mix everything together until everything is covered with the sauce.
- Pour onto prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 20 minutes, until lightly crisp.
- Stirring halfway through.
- Take out of the oven and let cool completely.
- Store in a airtight container.
- Makes a little over 7 cups.
