Baked Curried Fruit Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Drain fruit well.
  3. Butter a 3 quart.
  4. casserole and arrange fruit in the bottom.
  5. Heat butter of low heat.
  6. Add in sugar and curry pwdr.
  7. Pour over fruit and bake 45 min.
